    Your 2 year old son knows hot to do an Upward Dog ! I thought i would flip out....and i have only been at this fitness deal for a few weeks...

    Oh my goodness! My only chance to do yoga is around my 15 month old, and when I bend into Downward Dog he'll crawl underneath me and look up and bust into hysterics. Then he'll stand next to my mat and copy me. I love it! :happy:
