Thanks to my plateau I'm not on track for my goal
But gonna try real hard to lose 10 lbs in the next 5 weeks

That's my goal too...10 lbs in 5 weeks. You can totally do it. My best weapon to break a plateau is to eat a little MORE for a few days, then drop back down again. Make sure you're eating enough and getting enough water. You need water to metabolize fat.0

Not that I'm going anywhere special or anything but to get out of a month plateau I would Love!. To Hit OnderLand Would be amazing.
And to Almost hit the Goal I had wanted to Hit 2 years ago. I wanted to be 180 when I turned 23. I wasn't. Far from it. This year for my 25th birthday. I want to be 180!0 -

Started my day out drinking water gonna go for 100oz today!!
and 200 squats (I know im crazy) but gonna break them up 20 down already !

Oh yes, give the above ground pool a try. Consider swimming in circles, rather than laps. Look up all the aqua exercises! Running in place in water is good stuff too. Just time yourself swimming, keep moving, have fun!!! Let us know how it goes.0 -

I worked out my arms with weights this morning, and ALL afternoon I did yard work. I even mowed the lawn (It is a unpropelled push lawn mower lol what a work out!) I am pooped!

I would try treading water if you can, it is an extreme work out and the marines and air force use it to kick butt!0 -

Gonna try and rock the burn this weekend !!
Goal again today is 200 squats, gonna get some badminton in
and water work out in the pool and of course the yard and house
work (never can figure out how the house gets so messy with only 2 adults there
most of the time) My goal is to burn 1000 calories today.....so I have 14 hrs to do this

Did 200 crunches yesterday and 150 the day before that (bicycle, reverse, and traditional)...My ABs are in PAIN!!!!!

Yesterday I had a horrible day. Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and Chocolate later on. Soooo Good. but over my calorie count so bad.! Then I went home and took a nap.. In theory today I'm gonna walk/Bike and make it all good again,.0 -
I would rather weigh in once a week if that is ok with all you ladies! Fridays is a great day for me.....I do like checking in every day though. It helps me stay on track!0

since I am already involved with the Bob Challenge I have my weigh-in date set on Monday,
we like to think it helps to keep us accountable over the weekend!?!?
I am back to weight training 3 times a week which I like to do as interval training.
I do 10 minutes of cardio first, jump on the weight machines for 20, then back to cardio for 10; repeat!
I will be alternating this routine with swimming, biking, dancing and even some pilates
which I decided to try from netflix, can't wait to see the dvd tonight! I also enjoy yoga up to twice a week:flowerforyou:0 -
any day should be fine to weigh in mine is Thursdays
how did the 1st day go for everyone???? I did ok on
food, 1mile ofwalk at home,150 jumping jacks,100 squats
45 min of badmenton, burnt 555 calories gonna try and increase it
tomorrow if even just by 5 calories (hopefully lots more)0 -
