wat is the most convenient way to increase the girls chest my chest is very small in size is it anything to eat which can increase our size

Weights have really helped define mine, my whole chest area.... I don't know that your breasts will get larger as they are mostly made of fat. But the muscles surrounding -building up might help you feel more confident. Having stronger upper body is more important than larger breasts...but I can only speak for me, I don't know your exact situation.

I'm glad you felt comfortable asking the question here though:flowerforyou: But I do hope you are looking at the rest of your body overall and being proud of what you're accomplishing NOW....for myself...seeing my whole body over all......and realizing I am doing everything I CAN to make it healthier is most important to me....

I realize perhaps others can't see the muscle definition yet like I can in my legs etc. from my weight training/cardio etc. Knowing I CAN SEE IT is more important to me.

I agree, it is a wonderful feeling when you start seeing your muscles again or for the first time. It really makes you feel good about yourself.

Last night my husband got home from a week of hunting and noticed that I'd lost some weight, he says he can always tell because my boobs get smaller, then my 6 year old son Tyson says "Yeah mom, they used to be way down here, and now they shrunk up to here!!" LOL he cracks me up!!

It is the curse of womanhood! When you lose weight, your breasts shrink. That is a big negative. When you gain weight, your breasts grow. That is the only positive that I can think of about gaining weight. And then I think... what are breasts but big lumps of fat anyway?? I mean a few women are lucky enough to be slim with big breasts but for normal women I think, at least for me, our breasts our naturally smaller when we are fit and in shape, and they only gain weight when the rest of us gains weight and the scale goes up and all of those other not-good things (unless we're pregnant which is a good thing.

I used to be bothered by that but then I decided I'm not concerned with it. If being in shape means having smaller breasts, well, that's natural and I love them how they are naturally. I don't want them to be bigger just because I'm out of shape.

And I wear Victoria's Secret Very Sexy Push-Up Bra... then no one can tell I've lost weight *there*.
