    The very first part of this exercise is the up and downs. They may be modified by simply starting on all 4's and then standing up quickly and returning to this position to all 4's. This is a cardio exercise! Don't be freaked out but all he is doing just do the first part and modify if needed.

    REMEMBER ITS THE VERY FIRST THING HE DOES ON THE FLOOR that's it! Unless you are a real rockstar then finish it out if you can. It's a crazy exercise. Be ready for great exercises you can do at home without anything!

    Here's the signature that my fiance and I came up with for our team! Let's go team Zombie! Feel free to use it as your signature to show zombie pride :D

    I really hate to be the one to point this out, but this zombie is an officer of the grammar police. There's an apostrophe that shouldn't be there on "Zombies." As much as I'm sure we zombies would love to possess cupcakes, we should be pluralized, not possessing. :)

    I made these before I went to work this afternoon (and before I saw Rizias's post). Two versions: with and without cupcakes!

    No, not blood splatter. It's fixed. We also removed Jwerman as he/she decided to opt out of the challenge. I was so amazed by my fiancé and his Photoshop talent that it got overlooked. :embarassed:

    Ok I'm going to post my weight - I have struggled with even admitting it for so long!

    I'm a HS teacher and I go back to work in two weeks, so I am glad to have a challenge and support to keep me on track when I go back to work and things get hectic again. NO EXCUSES!

    Hahaha well i guess I got an extra day in, I did my jumping jacks today. Lol in my work today is the start to the new month. Well at least I am going to burn a few extra calories today. So after we do the challenge do we just log it on MFP or do we email team captain? Anyone know. Thanks for the info and good luck everyone. Ron

    HW: Highest Weight
    SW: Starting Weight (date starting MFP, typically)
    CW: Current Weight
    GW: Goal Weight
