Lol. Well at least I can poke my chest out now and say "I did 100 mountain climbers today." Now that I'm done I appreciate that. Lol. And why don't we challenge 50 belt kicks and let them up it to 100. I really don't wanna be doing 150 belt kicks. Lol.

I am friends with one person from team globo gym and one from saints and slimmers that I know of. I can issue one challenge to each. Or challenge one with belt kicks today and the lunges tomorrow. What do y'all think?0 -

If you could private message me the following information (just copy and paste what's listed below and change it with your information) by Sunday around 7 est. I will gather the results and email Gary the winning team's numbers that evening. :bigsmile:
I met the Daily exercise challenges on Days: (e.g. 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6 (1=Monday, etc))
I met my water requirement and stayed under my targets calories on Days: (e.g. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6)

AUGUST CHALLENGE WEEK 2: Unleashing the Beast Within!
This is the week two team challenge. This should be done in addition to your normal workout routine. This is a challenge and is not a replacement! If you need a beginner workout please contact your team captain for ideas.
Week Two Daily Exercise Challenge
Daily Exercise = 1 point per member per day. If everyone does it you will be awarded a 5 point bonus for the team!

Day 1 Exercise Challenge - 50 Squat Kicks*

Day 3 Exercise Challenge – 50 Situps or Ab Crunches* + 50 Mountain Climbers

Week Two Weekly Team Challenge
Each team must coordinate a 100 mile walk, run, jog outside of their normal running jogging. You will to volunteer how much you can walk. If the team does accomplish the 100 mile challenge they will be rewarded with 5 bonus point. In addition to the 100 mile walk each team member must submit their favorite recipe to the group forum, along with the nutritional value. If someone submits your favorite you must find another recipe to submit.
*Feel free to do these exercises in sets if you are unable to do them all at one time. Please do your best as you are much stronger than you believe.
Please note each week the exercises will increase in difficulty. This will push each team member. Modifications will be provided for those who unable to complete the exercise as intended.0 -

Between all of the team members. So we have 26 members? so it would be 3.85 miles per person roughly. If someone can't walk I'm assuming that someone else can pick up those miles0 -

I think it is 100 miles for the whole team. So we have about 20 people, so that is 5 miles per person. Unless someone wants to walk more. You can have some of my miles!! :bigsmile:0 -

I'll do 10 miles next week too! I'll be honest, I don't mind our challenges except for Jumping jacks. Probably our easiest task, but I DISLIKE them. :noway:
And I'm hoping my weight is down because Tuesday when I weighed myself I was +3! Noooo! I'm avoiding the scale until Sunday.0 -
