    Wasn't sure I was going to lose this week. Lost a pound early in the week, but then the stress of my new job set in and I gained a pound by Friday. Fortunatey, I was able to gert it off this weekend.

    Great work to everyone this week! You guys all totally rock and are such motivation for others.

    The results of this week top finisher are:

    Cusegirl1992 lost 5.4 pounds in one week for our biggest drop.
    Rainbow011 lost 3.6 pounds for second place!
    Pmorgan813, millietner, jackie218, and curlywurly88 all pulled together for a drop of 3 pounds this week!

    This is a two part challenge from our winner.

    1. Water. Let's try for 10 glasses daily.

    2. This part of the challenge I've come up with, in light of today's natural happenings. I live in Virginia and we had an earthquake today. Nothing too crazy, but enough to make me think. What is my Emergency Food Plan? I don't have one. Do you? Most of the things that I would have put on the list before MFP would have been things like chips, chips, and more chips. So, the challenge is this: What is your Emergency Food Plan and is there a way to put a MFP (healthy ) twist to it?

    Maintaining is good.... but I agree that you need to mix something up, food or exercise :wink:
