    Still not feeling great, BUT will hit water today and do the challenge! I will even attempt throughout the day to do the exercise challenge from yesterday.

    Will it count for the team if i get it done today?

    Happy Friday all! Plans tonight/this weekend?

    Were chillin tonight but tomorrow plan to hike or tag team on the treadmill and wii. Clean of course. Then head to in-laws for our standing saturday night dinner!

    Sunday - heading to the lake to attempt my first ever walk around it (3 miles total) - lol wish me luck!

    thursday's challenges ... done, done and done.

    Plus great news from my doctors visit today. 12 lbs officially lost since July 7, and my blood pressure is down significantly!!! Guess the gym and I will continue our 5:30 AM affair.

    Good morning everyone! I am planning spreading out my up/downs through out the day. I did 25 this morning, will do 25 in early afternoon, and complete the other 50 with my workout group later this evening. I have already had 2 cups of water. I have a feeling today is going to be a great day!

    i think it was for 40? not 100...

    I am not sure why I thought I was suppose to do 100 up and downs. But I suppose the extra work didn't hurt me.
  • Managed to hit everything yesterday except the water. Sorry guys :(

    BUT! I did go out and buy a super-pretty new water bottle. It's a gorgeous lime green and I took it to work today. It holds 4 cups of water at a time, so hopefully the task won't seem as daunting if I think that it's "just two refills", haha.

    Today's going to be horrible challenge-wise... I can barely do 1 pushup, let alone 25! I guess I'll spread them throughout the day..

    Try either doing them on your knees aka girl push-ups or do them against a wall (standing and face wall and press)

    If you spread them throughout the day, I have no doubts that you can reach the goal.

    And some good news. MD took x-ray, and there is still evidence of bone growth, but it is much more solid than a few weeks ago, so I got the go-ahead to resume all exercise activity gradually without restriction, and can begin running again in 3 weeks!!! Yay!

    YOU ARE ALL FABULOUS!!!! i did half regular half girl push ups :) under cals & over water!!! WE ARE DOING GREAT!

    Push ups done...yes they were girlie push ups but at least I did them.

    i only completed thursday, friday, and (i WILL complete) today's food logs. i was away in the beginning of the week and didn't log. i'm usually pretty good at that so i'll do better for next week! i never log my water, but i have 2 big water bottles that equal my daily water goal and i drink them every day, so i always drink enough water.

  • For Friday -- water done, pushups done (in girly-style, but whatever!), and under calories. Whoo-hoo!
    Going to try some yoga today - I just bought a new book and can't wait to try out some of the routines.

    Lunges are done.
    Ran 9 miles this morning so I'll be under on my calores for sure.
    Already almost done with my water so that won't be a problem.
    I'm sending this in early because I may not be available later tonight.

    Friday- under calories, water, and did my push ups!! Today, i will do the lunges on track for water, and on track for being under in calories :)

    I don't see that I posted yesterday but push ups done and squats done today. Water okay both days, calories I haven't completed yet but today should be good.

    Sorry Team T2W, I did not complete the challenge, did not dirnk enough water and ate way too much yesterday. I am just going to forget it happened and move forward. Going to the gym today and already on 2d water.....Hopefully the work I did all week will show on the scale tomorrow and not my day of chaos. I am also going to make my diary public, hopefully that will keep me think a little more about what I am eating!

    Sunday morning check in....

    I completed all of the challenges for the week, came in under calories each day, and drank all of my water.

    Weigh in this morning was 181.4 with a loss of 3.2 pounds.

    I did all the challenges except for yesterday, and every day I finished my water and was under calories
