hey guys.this is where you will post your inches and weight.
we will do inches around
waist
arms
thighs
hips
chest (below your boobs:)
so by the end of monday the 1st please have these measurements and your weight recorded.
the winner will be the most inches lost in TOTAL (meaning all inches lost from body parts added up)
thank you guys and i hope you all enjoy this challenge and it helps you and me

    Update: We've decided to use weights instead of inches, to make it more fair (as far as percentages).

    Please send me your weights!

  • Hello teammates :)

    I am weighing in at 158.3lbs this morning. That's a pound less than yesterday...I am guessing water weight. I lost 10ish pounds in July and 10ish pounds in the second half of June, so I am not expecting to lose as much this month, but this would be a great motivation!

    Just as a bit of an intro, I am around 5'6" and at the heaviest I was191lbs. I didn't do much to go from there to 179 in two-ish years, so it didn't feel like a weight LOSS per se. But since mid-June this year I've been on MPF and losing weight! :D Feels great.

    I'll be tracking for this contest and the 10lbs in August challenge together, since both weigh in on the same day (Monday). :) Good luck to us!!!

    25 Miles! Walk it, run it, hike it, or bike it! However you choose to move it, get it moved a whole 25 miles by next Monday's weigh-in!!

    I'm going to log my milage but I'm not aiming for the 25 miles this week, its just to unrealistic for me. I'm going to stick with my 5K training plan that I already have in place for myself.

    Anyways, I ran 1.5 miles this morning =)

    Well, I walked a mile this morning with the dog.
    I feel I may have an unfair advantage if biking is included because I bike 10 miles a day 3-4x a week (weather dependent) because I bike to and from work. I hate paying 4 dollars a day for parking.
  • I don't think if I'll be able to do it...I work all day and I'm lucky to be able to squeeze in a video exercise at night. On the weekends I sometimes get to walk/run. I do two miles.
