    168.6...a 2.0 lb loss, though some of it may be artificial because I cut of 8 inches of hair...

    Alrighthy this weeks weigh in is 156.6 only a .4 loss, getting frustrating been work hard... at least it is a loss not a gain!
  • hi guys! This Monday my weight is 198.8. Not an amazing loss, but I am actually surprised I didn't gain any weight, I was barely able to work out this week.

    167.8 a 0.8 lb lost. I knew my 2.0 lb a week wasn't likely sustainable (seeing as I am only eating at a 1.3 ln/week deficit) but I was really hoping.... Keep up the great work everybody

    A day late, but weighed in at 169.6--Can't believe I broke the 170s! I feel like I stayed in the 170s for such a long time, it was a happy shock to see it stop in the 160s. :)
  • ^ I know exactly how you feel. Until MFP I could not remember a time when I was not AT LEAST in the 170s since like sixth or seventh grade. It was crazy to see that I went down to 160s, and I was even more ecstatic to be in the 150s!

    Speaking of which, I came back to the low 160s this month but I think it's going back down now because this morning I clocked in at 157.0lbs - so in the 150's for few days in a row, which is good news. I really do hope I can get down to "normal" BMI by the end of this month!

    218.2. I gained .7lbs which sucks but I have to get it off this week and then some. Hope everyone has a great Labor Day!!

    It's not a true loss, though. I barely ate anything last night out of desperation. -___- But it still feels good to report a loss at all!

  • Moving cities has been kicking my butt! I have found time for working out, but I stopped tracking my food, and it shows.... I have to get back to my old, healthy ways! My weight this morning was 198.2, so still in the same rut.
