Lets see... I am 2.8 lbs from my mini goal. Im so close, I feel like its possible... I will continue to eat my fruits and veggies and fish. And the elliptical is my very best friend..0 -

MINI GOAL TIME.
so today i weighed in and im past my finish goal! However I dont want to carry on losing, concentrating on toning up now, so UP goes calorie intake UP goes exercise fingers crossed

Thanks everyone for all the motivation and support. I find it hard as I tend to lose the weight in chunks – one week it's nothing and then I'll lose 3 (which I feel I didn't earn) It never makes any sense!0 -
