    ********** It’s that that time again….MINI-GOALS!!!! *********

    How much to you need to lose to get to your mini-goal?
    Is it possible for you to do it? (change you goal if you need to)
    How are you going to do it?


    Lets see... I am 2.8 lbs from my mini goal. Im so close, I feel like its possible... I will continue to eat my fruits and veggies and fish. And the elliptical is my very best friend..

    so today i weighed in and im past my finish goal! However I dont want to carry on losing, concentrating on toning up now, so UP goes calorie intake UP goes exercise fingers crossed :)

    Thank you so much! It felt good...but I know that realistically I might be back over "2" on my next weigh-in as I have been on holidays this week. Have done lots of walking but haven't been tracking <shaking in my boots>...how many calories does that use??? lol

    OK so I've technically made my final goal early....So I'm going to change my overall goal to 177 (lose 16lbs)
    I don't want to jinx myself – I'm massively happy with my progress and I'm just keeping on with what I'm doing, so long as the trend is DOWN!!!!

    Thanks everyone for all the motivation and support. I find it hard as I tend to lose the weight in chunks – one week it's nothing and then I'll lose 3 (which I feel I didn't earn) It never makes any sense!

    I'm finally going in the right direction again!!!! I made my goal. So happy, I def didn't think I was going to make it. I guess my salad for lunch the past 2 weeks paid off!!!
