    Happy its a loss, my back is feeling so much better and now I am working on my food intake and starting exercising again hoping to hit the 120's soon!

    nothing is going like I had hoped
    but at least a slow and steady loss
    maybe that will mean I will keep it off

    I think my goal was 190 but
    I will be happy to make it to 208
    giving me a total weight lost of 30#

    If I could make it to 200 that would be even better
    but that may be the goal for my next challenge
