    I'd love to join! I'm actually about to start the 2 mile walk as soon as I find it on on-demand. Sometimes I like to jog in place while watching because I don't have nearly enough room to keep my HR up during side steps etc. Is that ok? My goal would be 35 miles.

    Today I did 2 miles from the 3 Mile Power Walk :smile:

    Left: 28

    Later I go and do 45 minutes of spinning :wink:

    Hope I can still join! I'm going to be optimistic and try for 100 miles. This may change because I have another DVD coming in from Amazon, however at the moment her 4 fast miles DVD is my main workout DVD. Good luck and looking forward to my first challenge!
