My legs look trimmer and some fat has come off my hips. I want my belly to go too!0

I lost in my face, neck and upper body (rib cabe up), then switched to my lower body for a while (dropped pant sizes quickly) and now seems to be fairly evenly spread.0

If you want to lose belly fat...up your protein and cut out all white processed foods (sugar, white bread, white rice, white pasta and cut out potatoes of any kind for 30 days) And CARDIO like crazy!!
Cut back about 1/2 on dairy.....
I have done that. and the only dairy I drink is skim milk and that's no more than 1-1/2 cups a day. (1/2 cup for morning tea, 1/2 cup for cereal lunch and sometimes 1/2 cup if I have another bowl. (yesterday was one of those days). I am just about into a size 12 from an (almost) size 18.
You can see the weight loss in my face, it's def. not as round. I still sort of have a double chin if my head is in certain positions. (Makes me keep my head up more, lol) Although I always carried 80% of my weight in my stomach and I still have most of it there. I could EASILY pass for 8 months pregnant at my heaviest. I know pass for 5/6 months pregnant if I'm not standing up straight. I have gone down from a Men's XXL shirt to a Men's XL shirt, but I still have to suck in a little to not see a bump.
Hey, all I know is I can comfortably sleep on my stomach again!0 -
My face was the first to start shrinking. Then my neck/shoulders area. Then came the legs. Now if i can only get my stomach to join in! lol0
-
I'm completely backwards. I lost in my waist and legs, then my face, then my arms. My arms are always the last place to let go of extra fat quickly, for whatever reason, and my waist lets go of extra fat pretty easily.0

Stomach, then my arms, and the last area for me is butts and thighs! Still working on them!0

I cut out all processed whites (especially sugar) for about 2 months and did some core work and A LOT of cardio.. and my stomach just flew off! (but I still had my thighs & butt) I guess I gain first in my stomach & hips.. makes sense that it's the first to go. Although I did up my dairy a lot.. I didn't drink any milk, and then all of a sudden started drinking skim milk once or twice a day with my protein shakes on training days.0 -
It's different for everybody. But you lose the fat in reverse order of how you put it on: the newest fat goes away first. When you lose fat you have the same number of fat cells, you are just shrinking them. So you are losing weight all over, but right now you are just seeing the biggest difference in your legs. Keep it up and it will come off.0

you cannot spot lose weight (despite what some infomercials lead you to believe). your own body will determine where you lose fat from first.. just stick with it, and the fat will come off of all places you want it removed from. but, no amount of crunches/ab exercises is going to get the belly fat removed any faster. if you're exercising, its better to use your time focusing on multi-joint/compound exercises that work more body parts.
I dont think she is implying that she is wanting to "spot lose weight" shes wanting to know where we notice change in FIRST when on this journey~~
for me it was my hips and thighs FIRST then my arms0 -
Calves and waist (but upper waist, like right under the boobs). So my bras fit terribly.0
-
I lost from my breasts and face first, then from my waist. I have lost stomach fat quite rapidly, but my butt seems to have fallen behind a bit in terms of weight loss. (It's definitely shrinking, but there's a 14" difference between my hips and my waist now. ;;;;) My limbs, especially thighs and upper arms, have been taking AGES to slim down, though.0

So far for me my neck and décolletage(general collarbone/shoulder/chest area - not including boobs) and my thighs (although not the inner part yet - grr) that have been the most obvious. The tape measure tells me I've lost some from everywhere, but that's the most noticeable. I imagine it's different for everyone though.0

Boobs. My waist, thighs, arm, neck measurements haven't changed a bit in over 6 months of tracking. I did however drop inches off my chest. Down 1-2 cup sizes unfortunately. Same size around the band.0

I tend to see the loss in my stomach first.0
-
Face, arms, legs. - All that's left is the torso, and it can start any day now....0
-
So far (half way to goal), I lost in this order.....Face, Belly (last place I gained, so got lucky), shoulders, lower thighs, upper arms.......Now I just need to lose the remainder of my lower belly, upper arms, upper thighs, butt and all the other places the fat is hiding.
ETA: forgot boobs.... they went about 3rd, I lost a cup size.0 -
First boobs, then back, then waist. Last: hips and thighs.0
-
Face and tummy first, thighs last. Same with weight gain, I notice it in my thighs first!0
-
Face - boobs and waist. my tummy and hips are still hanging in there. I have lost a little in my arms tho. I find I cant flap my bingo wings as much as I used to0
-
Seems fairly even for me, except I never really notice any losses in my butt/thighs. Clothes may tell me differently, but visually I never see it. For me, I notice hands/feet first, then breasts (they are already really small so this is disappointing), then face.0
