Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No, I had planned on walking
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did not snack a lot.
What would I have done differently? Got that walk and went to bed earlier
What is today's personal goals? Stay under on cals, work with the weights, go to bed on time, make a schedule to stick to!

What is today's personal goals? feeling icky today... can't wait to for school to start and get back in my routine. I've still been working out but not as much as I do when my daughter is in school. Eating habits aren't that great either. Losing willpower :explode: must get it back! Still have 25+lbs to lose :bigsmile: On a positive note, I am still logging in and not giving up :bigsmile:

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Hadn't set any, but pretty sure my goal was NOT to over-eat by 500 cals!
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Stopped eating after 5:30 pm - That day was done! Only one light beer
What would I have done differently? Really not sure how to manage a potluck of all unhealhty choices. I suppose it's the rest of the week that needs to be managed to allow for these splurges that are part of life.
What is today's personal goals? Stay at least 200 under on cals, get in my weight routine. have a productive Monday.!
