What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Swam a half mile... Saturday I climbed down the highest mountain in Vermont (legs still feel it :laugh: ) and Friday I swam a half mile. This was probably one of the most active vacations that I've had. Next year I plan to bring my bike.
What would I have done differently? swim more
What is today's personal goals? just returned from Vermont - going to unpack and pack again because I am heading to New Hampshire overnight tomorrow :bigsmile:

Exercise weekly progress (Sun-Sat) - 1/6 Took an amazing (but short) hike in the mountains Sunday morning. makes me wish IN was not so flat!
Weighing in next Monday to see how this vacation really went. Was a great time. My exercise was not as strenuous as planned since Hubby bought a bike there and we biked each day. It was kind of hard to get my HR up at the pace we went. Was fun to do something together!0 -

What would I have done differently? it all started with having to get a mid-afternoon snack and I picked a small trail mix bag up from the convenience store by my work - and when I realized it had THREE servings in it (AFTER I had finished the bag) ... I was disheartened and binged the rest of the day

What is today's personal goals? feeling icky today... can't wait to for school to start and get back in my routine. I've still been working out but not as much as I do when my daughter is in school. Eating habits aren't that great either. Losing willpower :explode: must get it back! Still have 25+lbs to lose :bigsmile: On a positive note, I am still logging in and not giving up :bigsmile:
