Anyone doing Ripped in 30 by Jillian Micheals

Hi everyone! I just started Ripped in 30 by Jillian and would love to hear from anybody else also doing these workouts. Im thinking of extending every week to 2 weeks just to make it last longer and give myself time to get stronger. Let me know how your doing!

    I am , i am currently on level 3 day 2, it's hard but well worth it

    I am on level 1 did day 2 this morning and I must say my legs are killing me from the squats, I think I need to warm and strerch a bit longer than she does.

    yes ma'am i started yesterday! and sheesh,, its hard to keep up. i'm glad its not an hour i'd pass out! lol I know alot of ppl have reccomended it and have alot of success they told me t0 put in 100% and it works! so here we go!! We CAN DO THIS!:)

    I will start today..but alternating it with the 6 weeks to 6 pack..so they will probably take me about 2 months to finish..which is fine by me..cause I am also doing C25k...

    Is it similar to the 30 DS? I've got 10 more days until Im done with 30 Shred and Ripped in 30 was going to be my next stop. :smile:

    Wife and I started Ripped in 30 yesterday Aug 1st. We did 30 Day Shred in July and liked it. Hoping for great results from Ripped in 30 now for the month of August!

    I started it last night... legs are killin' from the squats... legs hurt today but its definitley a good hurt! Will push on tonight!!!

    I did it (completed) and loved it. It was one of my favorite workouts by her so far but I haven't tried them all yet. I've also done 30DS and currently doing her 6 week/6 pack abs which is highly recommended also.

    Stick with it and you will see results!

    you guys keep this going i want to hear success stories and i'll share mine too! oh yeah by the way are you guys using 3lb weights or 5? i have 5lb weights (i refuse to go and buy 3) and omg it kills me with the squats and pushing those suckers over my head!

    I'm right there with you girl. After I finished yesterdays work out I worked on the treadmill at 3.8 mph with a 3 incline for 30 minutes just get the jello legs feel to go away. This morning I woke up sooo stiff!!! I'm trying to stretch it out as best as I can because Jillian and I have a date this afternoon when the kids take a nap. I hope you don't mind me adding you as friend, I need some motivation. :)

    not yet, but i plan to in about 4 more days, once i finish up with 30ds! sooo looking forward to it, can hardly wait! :D

    Add away :) I also meant daily shred too many DVDs with a similar name haha.

BUT-my babys start school Aug 22 so thats my goal is to start when they start school & my husband is out the door for the day!! i cant wait ~ ready for a new challenge. in the meantime, i try to do squats, etc. or walk to the horse stalls to feed horses rather than ride 4 wheeler :/

    I use 5lb weights! I struggle though...

    This is my last week for week 1 and im stoked to start week 2. Today was rough for some reason. I really struggle with those darn push ups! Anybody get a little annoyed with Jillians facial expressions? lol. How was your workout today everyone?

    I have to wait for husband to go to work myself. He just stands there watching me and im like " hey either join in or bugger off!" Lol. Join in when your ready. It dont matter if you only do it once a week as long as your trying in my book.

    ok great thanks . I'm deciding between this and P90X . I already completed 30DS and really liked it . Kicked my butt!

    Completed Level 3 Day 4, those tricep dips are killer along with those one arm push ups , hope everyone is still getting ripped , have a great evening guys:flowerforyou:
