Well I started Level 2 today and wow! all the plank style stuff is hard! I do feel like this week could use a tad more cardio though. Anyone else do other things to do more cardio? I work in a factory and my job is very physical but
I still try to add some more cardio when i can. Hope everyone is having a great workout!

I am , i am currently on level 3 day 2, it's hard but well worth it

Im scared of level 3! lol hopefully I get stronger before then. Great Job!
Level 3 is so, so hard. I'm on day 6 now and I don't collapse and feel like puking anymore so that's a plus. It is getting better. I did switch to 5 lb weights today to make it even harder because I'm insane I guess. She doesn't use the weights as much in this one as in the shred though.

Just finished day 4 of week 2. I cant wait to move off this level! I don't know if i'm getting bored already or what. I really dislike all the plank moves. Anyone know of a way to do these better without it killing my shoulders?
