    Get my tabata in, this V

    1) Skipping
    2) Jumping Jack(with dumbbells)
    3) Lunges(with dumbbells)
    4) Burpees

    First four I do all in one, so 8 rounds of skipping(20seconds on, 10 off), then out to Jumping Jacks

    5) Dumbbell push up with row
    6) Sit Up(with 5kg weight)
    7) Tricep Curls(with dumbbells)
    8) Squats(with dumbbells and bicep curl)
    9) Back extensions
    10) Oblique Planks
    11) Bridges
    12) Leg raisers

    Exercises 4 to 12 i do one after the other (20seconds push up, 10 second break, 20 seconds sit up, 10 second break) and repeat it 8 times

    Did that last night

    Tonight. Run 12k

    Decide whether to cancel my gym membership as it seems to hamper rather than help my fitness efforts as I feel I should be doing the exercise I've paid for rather than the one I want to do and end up doing neither.
