Last time I checked it (which was a month or so ago - for 5 consecutive days per my doctor) - it was usually between 50-54.

I have VERY low blood pressure (and have always had it -- my mom has it, my dad has it.. I have it) and have always had low blood pressure even when I was 60lbs heavier. My average blood pressure is 62/89 -- "high" for me is 100/95.

Edited to add: I am perfectly fine. My heart is in excellent condition. Like I said, low is very normal for me and I've been told since my parent's blood pressure has always been low - it is genetic. Just like some people have a family history of HIGH blood pressure - I have a family history of low blood pressure.

Usual hangs in the mid 50's at rest. Did a sleep study over the weekend and drops in the 40's when I sleep.
Not suprising though from years of ultraendurance sports

Hun it is not possible to have BP 62/89... I am thinking you mean 89/62. Plenty of people have low pressures like that. Just be careful if you stand up to fast. !

Mine is stupidly high at 90-110, always was even when i was a relatively fit, active, skinny teen. BP is OKish at 120/70. ECG and ECHO show nothing abnormal...i'm just peculiar

Mine usually varies between 65-75bpm. Today it was 69bpm when my BP was 110/73. After struggling with high BP and a high resting pulse rate most of my life, I am pretty PUMPED.

Yes. Sorry. Talking, typing and being very tired don't mix. Didn't even pay attention, just typed away.. Sorry about that. LOL.

Mines 58 which astonishes me coz I'm still in the overweight BMI, I am pretty fit tho, if that makes any sense, B/P 110/70 all pretty good for an ex smoking fat bird! Lol!!!

Oh yeah. Standing up fast isn't good. I passed out once and when I came to they were freaking out because it was so low they couldn't get a reading on their machine (it was battery operated and OLD). They thought I died. Oh boy.

    mine is 78 right now.

I actually learned how to take it a couple of weeks ago when I went to the Dr and I had it at 110, and it freaked me out because that's high according to my Dr. Now, she never asked me if I had been working out (which I had) or drank enough water (it was hot), and now I know that those things can affect it.

I was told to take it in the morning when I first wake up as long as it is done after natural waking and NOT waking to an alarm.

Mine is usually 45-50 but sometimes lower if I am very relaxed. This is normal for me. I am quite fit but also very overweight. My blood pressure is also usually low and I have to be careful to make sure I get enough salt otherwise my blood pressure drops and my heart misses beats (not good with an already low pulse rate!) My GP was concerned and referred me to a cardiologist who said my heart is very healthy but I need to eat more salt, lol. I wasn't expecting a cardiologist to give that advice! So I guess for me, it's just the way I was built

After sitting still for a while, mine settles at between 50-55. Have never taken it first thing in the morning though; never awake enough to think about doing it!

39-40 bpm, slightly more means I'm overtrained.

Mine was 55, but I just got that sitting at my desk right now, so I expect my proper morning resting rate has got lower. Adding sprint intervals to my routine helped, I suspect!
