How do I get past a plateau? Do I just keep dieting and it will move again? one friend told me to stop for a few days and then restart. Any thoughts?

Not sure. I've been stuck at my current weight for almost a month now - I've gone up 2lbs and then back down 2lbs a few times - but I can't seem to drop more weight. I've lost a few inches along the way, but I'm ready for it to show on the scales again!0

I've struggled through a few plateus, but I've had pretty consistent success (4 weeks, avg. 1lbs/week) experimenting with a zig zag diet. You keep your average number of calories for the week the same, but one day you eat light, then heavy, medium a couple days, light, ect... Look it up on here:

there's an option there to map out a basic zig zag after you put in all your info.0
