    Nothing down from my Friday weigh in- hm. I'm really struggling with what to give up this week. I'm going to need to think it over this morning. I've given up a great deal so there isn't much goodies left to give up!

    I guess we're both gonna lose double the weight next weigh in eh Tayla! =P

    Awesome Week! Eventhough most of us didn't lose, I think it's safe to say that I know you ladies well enough to say that it won't get us down. It'll just make us kick major a*s this coming week. I am so proud of all you ladies for the success and dedication that you have had throught the entire challenge!

    PS. Michelle I had to ask Karie about the points this week and she said that the crunches and lunges count as one point combined. I thought it was two as well. Good thing u asked lol. THANKS!
