    So lately I have been feeling a little less than motivated. I don't know what's happened but I have been forcing myself..it didn't feel this hard in the beginning. I thought I'd post a blog to remind myself that even though it's "only" 30 pounds and I've got about 40 more to lose to get to my goal that I have made alot of progress. I can tell a difference.

    I knew I needed to make a change when I took these pictures during New Years Eve...no matter what "angle" I was at, I felt disgusted with myself! Oh well, I am working on it now :)
