  • my goal weight is around 155 -160....i have a medium build but ive played soccer since i was 7 so my legs are very muscular..if i got a smaller i would start to look kinda sick..

    Good morning. My target goal weight is 150 lb, which I feel is reasonable for me, for now :).

    i am 5-9 ideal weight is 165 but 170 feels better

    I'm shooting for 147 - 150. But, I'm going to have my body fat tested pretty soon and will base my goals from that. Body fat percentage is more important than the number on the scale.

    I'm 5 ft 9 and I am 145 now and am lookinig to tone up or lose another 5-10lbs to put me at 140-135.

    I'm 5'8" and pre-babies I was 154. After 3 babies I was almost 190.
    My goal weight is to be about 135-140.
    That may be too thin, but I won't know until I at least get to 150 :D

    Honestly If I were your weight that would be great. I am 5ft 7 and I dont want to go under 165-170. I am busty with wide hips. ANything under that makes me look hungry

    they say my ideal weight is between 115 and 160 (115 seems too tiny to me)
    my goal is 145-150

    My current goal weight is 145. I used to be around 130-135, and if I could be that again that'd be awesome, but I've been told I looked too thin back then too, so I'll see when I get to 145 if I want to stay there or lose a bit more.

    I started at 159 wanted to get down to 135lb but i am at 143lb and i just want to firm up now, i dont want to lose by butt or anymore of my boobs.

    I'm 5' 7" - apparently my ideal weight is between 125 and 150. I was 127 - 22years ago. After 5 kids and 2 illnesses I am aiming for 140. I will reassess at 150 my goal by Superbowl weekend.

    i'm 5'8" and right now I am shooting for 140, possibly 135, I'm going to see how things go. I was at 140 a few years ago and it wasn't scary skinny on me, just healthy-looking. I still had a little bit of a poochy tummy and flab here and there at that weight.

    That's me! My goal weight is 160. I have a large frame. Anything less, and I would probably look really thin and/or it might be too much work to maintain.

    I am about 5'7, and my goal weight is 150. According to BMI B.S. a healthy weight for someone that is 5'7 is 120-150(ish).

    I'm 5'10" and am shooting for 140 which is what I weighed in High School (20 yrs ago). I always felt healthy and fit at that weight. Based on this thread maybe that is too light?

    Right now 150... Ultimately 140-145... all depends on how I look and feel at 150. Currently I'm at 156 and feeling great.. so we'll see.

    I'm athletic but I am a small frame so this seems to be a good size for me. I want muscle not just weight loss, but at the same time I do not want to to be bulky.

    I would like to be some what feminine.

    I'm 5'8" and shooting for 150 if I can maintain that without being hungry all the time. If I find it's too difficult, I will aim for 155-160. I don't know, it's so hard to know right now! I'm 200 now. But I was in my 140s throughout my 20s (and always hungry!), so 150 seems manageable at age 42.

    I'm 5'7" and at 177 now, but I also have a big butt ( which I like), thicker thighs (which I like) and bigger in the chest.. so I'm aiming for around 165ish.. i love my curves just want to tone the areas around :)
