my goal weight is around 155 -160....i have a medium build but ive played soccer since i was 7 so my legs are very muscular..if i got a smaller i would start to look kinda sick..0

My goal weight is to be about 135-140.
That may be too thin, but I won't know until I at least get to 1500 -

they say my ideal weight is between 115 and 160 (115 seems too tiny to me)

My current goal weight is 145. I used to be around 130-135, and if I could be that again that'd be awesome, but I've been told I looked too thin back then too, so I'll see when I get to 145 if I want to stay there or lose a bit more.0

I started at 159 wanted to get down to 135lb but i am at 143lb and i just want to firm up now, i dont want to lose by butt or anymore of my boobs.0

I'm 5' 7" - apparently my ideal weight is between 125 and 150. I was 127 - 22years ago. After 5 kids and 2 illnesses I am aiming for 140. I will reassess at 150 my goal by Superbowl weekend.0

i'm 5'8" and right now I am shooting for 140, possibly 135, I'm going to see how things go. I was at 140 a few years ago and it wasn't scary skinny on me, just healthy-looking. I still had a little bit of a poochy tummy and flab here and there at that weight.0

I'm 5'10" and am shooting for 140 which is what I weighed in High School (20 yrs ago). I always felt healthy and fit at that weight. Based on this thread maybe that is too light?0

Right now 150... Ultimately 140-145... all depends on how I look and feel at 150. Currently I'm at 156 and feeling great.. so we'll see.0

5' 7 3/4' and I am shooting for a goal weight of around 125-130lbs.
I'm athletic but I am a small frame so this seems to be a good size for me. I want muscle not just weight loss, but at the same time I do not want to to be bulky.

I'm 5'8" and shooting for 150 if I can maintain that without being hungry all the time. If I find it's too difficult, I will aim for 155-160. I don't know, it's so hard to know right now! I'm 200 now. But I was in my 140s throughout my 20s (and always hungry!), so 150 seems manageable at age 42.0

I'm 5'7" and at 177 now, but I also have a big butt ( which I like), thicker thighs (which I like) and bigger in the chest.. so I'm aiming for around 165ish.. i love my curves just want to tone the areas around0
