I eat MASSIVE amounts of chocolate! We are talking ALOT. lol :drinker:0

I also find that getting a man to buy a box of tampons alsways makes TOM feel better0

Exercise, exercise, exercise. For me that helps with the swelling, bloating, and cravings. I also have endometrosis, and ovarian cysts so I was told by my Dr. to stay away from caffeine, and black tea's. Since given that advice my cycles have been 100 times better.0

Water pills help with the bloating
and dark chocolate really isnt going to kill you
for cramps take a warm bath that will make you feel better any day of the month0
