    Omg these sound so yummy.

I like taking 1-2tbs of peanut butter and breaking it up onto a plate. Microwave for 5-10 seconds. The take a skinny cow fudge bar and scrape it off onto the PB eat a little PB with each bite of fudge bar and it is like a reese's

  • Does that really taste good? It seems super synthetic but really easy to put together. I hate having a whole cake lying around when all I am really craving is a single portion of something sweet
  • I want to try to make that almond milk ice cream that i've seen on this site to top my baked banana with!

That sounds fantastic! I have been dying to make a good Almond Breeze ice cream. Post if you do try this and it works out!
  • what was the texture like?

I just made a brownie that I like to think was pretty healthy... and pretty tasty, considering.

    2 T. unsw. cocoa powder
    1 T. flax seed meal
    1/2 T. honey
    dash vanilla
    dash cinnamon
8 Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips, chopped finely
    1 egg

Mix everything together and nuke it for a minute. Remove from mug/bowl and allow to cool.

Texture's pretty good, not fudgy like a boxed brownie, but not pasty either. Comes out pretty clean from the bowl and has a good not-too-sweet chocolate taste, similar to a cakey homemade brownie.

200 calories, it seemed to hit the spot for me. I might like it sweeter next time, maybe I'll try stevia for lower-cal.

What are the Smart Ones Sundaes sweetened with, for those of you who have them?

LOVE the idea of the baked banana.

Smart Ones Sundaes taste like the artificial crap that they are.

Eat VitaTops or VitaBrownies and some slow churned ice cream.
