Completed W3 D3 last night tonight.

Before: I was a little nervous... I'd say dreading it a bit, given the rough time I had the last time and then also because I have a sore shoulder.

During: The beginning went pretty well. I started to die a bit towards the end of the last 3 min run.

After: Felt a bit concerned. I think I am going to push on to week 4 next week to see how it goes. But, if that one really gives me a tough ride, I might hang around W4 till it goes better. Although I think that some extenuating circumstances may be contributing to my lack of energy and I may find that next week is a bit better.

Hoping to hear more about how other people are finding the program. Next week here I come!

I think I'm gonna re-do week 3 next week. It seems that the minute I get off track, it throws off my entire plan. Oh well, life goes on. WTG on getting through the week!!

Hey everyone - week 2/day 3 is DONE! I work from home today, so I think it helps that I was able to run earlier in the day, between breakfast and lunch. I eat Kashi w/skim milk for breakfast and it's the perfect combo of carbs/protein for me. I didn't feel sluggish - just sweaty - LOL! Actually upped my pace time by 2! So that was a little NSV for me!

Before - couldn't wait to get on the treadmill today! Curious about how I would feel....

During - felt great, just really sweaty today.

After - felt great! Had my first whey protein shake - my hubby was using this protein powder when he was attempting P90X and it was left over. Didn't think I would like the chocolate, but I did! Was quite good actually! Surprised that 1 scoop has 140 calories - wish that was lower... you have to mix it w/skim milk too - which makes it even more calories! But I'm hoping to help my body "recover" and feed it properly!

Happy that I made it thru week 2 and am looking forward to week 3!

    Have a good day everyone!

Whey protein is really good mixed with Almond Milk which has less calories than skim the unsweetened version only has 35/cup! I highly recommened it I actually prefer it for smoothies and protein shakes gives it a thicker texture. Great job on today!

Completed week 5! I did the full 20 minute run today, it was great and not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Mind over matter.

I thought about repeating week 4/days of week 5 but decided to push through it. Your body can most likely do it, you just have to get rid of any negative/counterproductive thoughts! Good luck!

So this week wasn't as successful as last week. I made it through the 2nd day fully. But the 3rd day I made it through the first circuit and had to revert back to the 2nd week of 2min jog/1min walk. I plan on re-doing week 3 as it was hard on my knee and may require a bit more training/attempts to make it! I also tried day 3 on a treadmill instead of being outside - and while it is easier running, I find that watching the time ticking down is harder. So moving back to week 3 isn't all bad! No weight change for me this week. Congrats to all that made it through!!!! And for those of us that didn't, we shall make it if we keep trying!
