It's called a plateau, and everyone should go through this stage. The same happens for exercise, an athlete can train for 4-6 weeks, then suddenly hit a brick wall when it comes to increasing fitness. When this happens, the best thing to do is to take a bit of a break, but only a week or two max. Increase your calorie intake for 2 weeks (not by much) and then drop it back again and see what happens??0
