Week two...thought i would say hello!

Hello fellow fitness pal members!

A friend introduced me to the site...she has lost 30lbs in 5 months I believe. I have been doing well, down 9 lbs in two weeks! My goal was 10 lbs a month. I think part of it is I am really seeing when I record EVERYTHING i put in my mouth, just how high some things are in useless calories.

Ice cream is my one weakness so I am thrilled to have found Bryers Dreamy ice cream bars and sandwiches. Only 120 calories and just enough to satisfy that sweet tooth.

    How do you put your goals in there?? I see many profile like that with mini-goals. I would love to do that too. :flowerforyou:
