    I just looked at today's log. You are eating nothing but carbs and sodium! With all of that water, your body is a sponge right now! Lol....


    Just judging by today, you need some nice fresh foods. Produce that doesn't come from mcdonalds..... You are doing everything right. If you make most of your diet fresh fruit and veggies, I think you will see huge changes!

    I am also guilty of not eating as many fruits and veggies as I should. If your kids keep eating all of your fruit, maybe buy frozen fruits and berries and tuck them into the back of your freezer. You can use them to make delicious nutritious smoothies. If the rest of your family isn't super excited about veggies, you can always try hiding them in their food. It's easy to hide spinach and chopped mushrooms in meals with tomato sauce.

    I feel ya on the pasta thing. My husband refuses to eat whole wheat pasta or brown rice, so I usually end up making both kinds.
