Barefoot. I've rolled my ankle a few times coming down from jumps when I have my shoes on. When I'm barefoot, i tend to land correctly and don't have that problem.0

Ok I tried barefoot today again...but longer than previous time. Earlier I did only 20 minutes but today I did 60 minutes and barefoot on bare floor did not work for it
Though my grasp on rhythm was nicer but on the steps that required twisting your feet there was too much friction.
Guess will either have to buy an exercise mat or stick with shoes for longer period of exercises.

P.S.... has any one watched Haley's videos on youtube (haleyfitness)...she has some excellent tracks and choreography for the zumba steps. Any other youtuber I should check out?0
