    hey out there all my turkey's. i've been at a stand still for about 2 weeks. sure hope i can get going in the right directions soon. i leave for my cruise in 30 days and my birthday is in 60days.

    I have been so busy I have only been getting on my phone to track my weigh ins. I haven't even been keeping up with food or exercise. I had gotten off to a really slllooooooowww start but I am getting into it now. I am at about 5 lbs. Hopefully this trend of losing continues and I don't have the same troubles I have been having.
