I've set myself another challenge, to start a excersise/dance class once a week.
Here are my stats -
Weight - 10.11
bust - 99
Under bust - 84.5
Waist - 88
Stomach (widest part) - 102.5
Bum and hips (widest part) - 106
Left thigh - 61
Right thigh - 62
Left arm - 31
Right arm - 31

I'll be out I'm afraid. I reached my goal weight last week and I'm looking at gaining weight in lean muscle by Xmas. Wouldn't want to skew your results for the competition with the other groups!
My personal goal though is to complete P90x by Xmas.0 -
Woowoo! Lost 0.8kg (after taking my glasses and socks off!) because I just hit my first mini goal of being under 130kg! I'm now 129.9 (hence the glasses and socks!)
My stats for today
I do measurements every couple of weeks so my measurements as of 02.08.11 were (even though they're in as of the 11th the 2nd was when they were taken)
Bust - 132
Waist - 123
Hips - 144
Upper Thigh - 67
Upper Arm -40
I do them monthly, so another two weeks and I'll update.
My weekly goal: gym twice this week and eating the best I can. I want 2.4L of water per day INCLUDING weekends, which has been my struggle so far.
My next goal is 120kg. I want that by October 1st. Eyes on the prize!
Mid range goal is 99kg by January 1st 2012.
I'm currently aiming for 90kg (198 pounds) but I will be re-evaluating when I get there. I'm doing Jenny Craig but I don't want to do it for the last 20kg, purely because I need to learn myself and their food is damn expensive. I need to learn to eat healthy, not just learn to eat what's given to me. But to get myself into 'just' the obese range, I need some assistance. JC is mine.

My nonscale goal is to be able to run at 10 min mile pace for 3 miles so that when my dad walks on the treadmill I can run beside and make him proud0 -
And also, this weigh in was my first 10 lbs dropped!0

(any spelling mistakes please don't think i'm rude, i'm typing this quickly as i'm in a rush!)
and myself - which equals 21 but oh well....I think one of the groups has more than 20 so it's no biggy. Really this group is just to help motivate. I did the 30dayshred and joined a forum and really felt it helped me....I knew I had to report back to my friends if I hadn't been able to do that days work out, which always pushed me to get it done and do my best.
Oh and by the way made a MAJOR mistake in my weigh in!!!! I'm 11stone 10 NOT 10 stone 11.....god I wish!!! lol ) x0 -
