My weigh/measure day is Friday. So...
Here are my stats -
Weight - 222 lb
bust - 42 in
Waist - 36.5in
Hips- 43.75 in
I am actually working through the book Hot Point Fitness by Steve Zim, so my goal is to make it through the book. After I do that I am thinking about picking Cycle back up at my local gym.0 -

If all groups divide by the number of members we can get a "per person" average and then be able to compare!
Also, all the Americans measuring in inches... Because a cm is smaller, you can see small changes easier. Hence why I was told to measure in cm. Just something to think about of you are like me and motivated by changes!0 -

targets - to be 158lbs and maintain by christmas day. also to complete the 30day shread by end of october

I will postmy measurements on Sunday seems that is when the majority are doing it anyways.
My goal is to lose at least 30lbs by xmas. I workout all the teime I am currently doing a P90X/Insanity hybrid and after that Im doing Turbofire so I really need to focus on my nutrition and not over eating!

I did my first day of level 3 of the 30DS today (I got off track mid-week towards the end of level 2, but I'm back now...) I have developed more core strength, but I also need to vacuum the living room more........! I don't need to aspirate any more cat hair.
I like the idea of doing centimeters since it allows for that much more progress to show. But I don't comprehend stone, so I'm sticking to pounds for my actual weight.
Here goes:
Weight: 119.4
Bust: 83 cm
Underbust: 73 cm
Waist (natural waist): 69 cm
Stomach (lower waist): 76.5 cm
Hips: 93.5 cm
Left Thigh: 54.5 cm
Right Thigh: 54.5 cm
Left Arm: 25.5 cm
Right Arm: 25 cm
My target is to be 110 lbs for Christmas Day. I go back to full-time school next week and full-time work the week after that (and more than 2 hours a day stuck in the car commuting), so I've got my work cut out for me.0 -

Keep posting you measurements if you haven't done so yet, i've started my excel sheet and have it all written down )
I have to say, i've had a bad start to this. Not only was it my 25th the weekend before last but the weekend just gone was my brother's weekend and there were celebrations all over the weekend! Lots of alcohol and bbq food was consumed....I find it near impossible to stick to a diet when i'm around a bbq! I'm planning on running it off this week though and aiming to do a 12k run tomorrow.
