    I tried it quite a while ago and had no results. I actually didn't even follow up with the probiotics since the Metacaps were such a waste. Very disappointing, I though since it was "Jillian Michaels brand" that it would at least do something.

    I have done it a couple of times, it really cleans out your system if you know what I mean, but I didn't feel different energy wise or anything! Good luck!
