    <---- Before (203lbs - red shirt) and after 150lbs -- I've lost a bit more since that picture was taken and am down to 143-145lbs now. Haven't taken any new full body pics recently. :)

    Before 200-210lbs and right now I am around 145lbs. This is in progress, my goal weight is somewhere around 125-130lbs.

    Oh, I love this!! Before....enjoyed a night out at Hooters. After...looks better than a Hooters girl. You are HOT and looking so great hun! Bet you feel fantastic!

    Starting weight was 270, the more current pic was at about 230.

    First of all- everyone looks amaza-freaking good! Fantastic, lovely, handsome... insert more adjectives here________.

    But you know what I REALLY noticed? Especially the ladies who are closer to 40 than 30? How much YOUNGER you look.

    I am SOOOO inspired by that alone! I don't know what it is but I feel like I look old as well as look "chunky". Maybe its all the frumpy

    clothes I'm wearing. But seriously, ladies you could pass for 15 years younger! I was so fooled until I "stalked" your profile pages!!

    This is over a 3 month period, 42 pounds. I still want to lose 21 more :)
