This is a great idea! I wish that I had taken before pictures. My first goal was to lose 20Ibs in 4-months. I continued to lose a few more pounds the next few months, but not my ideal weight and overall tone. Last week, I started back on the site again, with an aggressive fitness program and diet. I'm going to take pics now so I will have the picture results when I meet my Phase II goals! Thanks for the post!
Phase I Goals - I did it - Lost 24lbs!
157Ibs - January 2011
147lbs - February 2011
135lbs - April 2011
133lbs - July 2011
New Goals - Gonna Get There - 13Ibs to go!!!!
130Ibs - August 2011
124Ibs - September 2011
120Ibs - October 20110 -
Ok, I have no idea how to show pictures on here. I just tried all ways I knew using Photobucket and nothing worked!0

Right, so hope this time it works. These are, before and during. After shall not take too long to achieve. Only 4.5kgs left to lose.

Here are the better pics I was talking about. I am "before" at my brother's wedding in 2006, probably around 169 (I'm 4'1l'') and this morning (125.2 at my WW weigh-in yesterday). I lost/am losing it with WW and MFP (I gained a few back but am taking control by going back to WW and using MFP before it gets out of hand and have lost back 5.8 lbs since restarting WW). I love the MFP droid app because I need to keep track of my sodium per the Dr and my calories, to make sure I'm not overdoing the fruit, so thanks to WW and MFP. The app rocks! Oh, this led to the following exchange with my mother last year.
Me: Mom, I lost another 1.2 (or whatever it was at the time) lbs this week!
Mom: I wish you could've been that weight at your brother's wedding. ;?P

This is so inspiring, especially because you are not all people from some tv show or something. You are all "normal" people who did it yourselves. I'm just amazed.
I will add to this list eventually. For now, I only have before photos.0 -
These are awesome!!! SO Inspiring! I will post some pics when I have more time.0

you look great!0 -
I don't have any photos at my starting weight that really show how I looked, but here's some of my favorite progress photos...
Even in the past two months, there's only been about a 5 pound change in my weight, but after one month of strength training, there's a big difference in my muscles.
