    hey well i am now at my heaviest after having my son in 09 and my dad being very sick in the hospital for 6 months in 2010 and then passing away. But I do have before and after from when i was younger and it might be something everyone would like for motivation cause it is def my motivation for me now :)

    Sarah: What a great idea for a MFP topic. I have to find a before picture and think I want to wait til I gain a few pounds before posting my after since I am below my maintenance range and look too skinny to feel proud right now. Maintenance is harder than losing!
