    I am over on water (9+), under in calories, I did my extra mile and for some reason did pushups and lunges. I was at work so couldn't check what I was supposed to do, so I just did some stuff!

    Wednesday:
    water: 11 and counting
    calories -- under :)
    Exercises: 3-21's from Tuesday; 50 Butterfly presses (instead of military presses, due to rotator cuff issues) also from Tuesday; 100 mountain climbers; 20 lunges; 100 of the 200 jumping jacks (I'll do the rest tomorrow -- I developed a foot cramp tonight)
    I also walked 2-1/2 miles.
    Ab-crunches for the team challenge: 50 more, total of 130/400 so far!!

    WHEW -- this is exhausting!!

    I was under my calories today by 4?! But then I did some thinking and raised my calorie limit due to the longer runs that I will be doing as I train for my half marathon. It is only an increase of 60, but we will see what happens in a couple weeks :wink:

    As of right now, I am over calories. But only by 32. I will work those off, no problem.
    Working on my 8th glass of water.

    Had a ridiculously busy day, struggling to stay on track today.

    exercise: 100 jumping jacks (to finish yesterday); 3-21's done; 3-12 rep woodcutters done
    challenge ab-crunches: 100 (makes 230 so far)

    Also ran 2.2 miles (not for the challenge). Will do today's jumping jacks tomorrow -- maybe I'll make each of my classes do 25 with me...:laugh: that'll knock out almost all of them before I leave school for the weekend!!

    and my Water is in.
    i am under calorie goal but barley!!!
    I did yesterdays today because i was not doing well yesterday.
    I did the jumping jacks but not all at once, i did 100 this morning and 100 tonight.
    these are getting harder to do lol.

    Did a walk this morning (6AM mind you, and I don't do mornings) before heading off to work. Drank my water and somehow managed to stay under calorie goal, although my choices weren't always the best. Also did the 50 crunches for the competition, but that was as far as I got before needing to get into the office.
