we are a group that does 6 week challenges. we weigh in on tuesdays. tomorrow will be our weigh in for week 5 of this challenge than after week 6 we begin another. you are welcome to join at any time.

add your name and stats.
SW is starting weigh of the current challenge
GW is what you would like the scale to say at the end of six weeks
CW is current weight when you weigh in for the week.

i am widdling down the gain from this challenge. hope by the end i am at least at the starting point. i do really bad until just days before and than i begin good days. so maybe with this whole week of good days it will come off by next week. in fact i know it will.

good luck everyone. off to try running outside today. such a difference than the treadmill. see how the legs do. they are telling me that i have been working them. i changed up my exercise. i haven't been doing gym work, just the zumba. so i have cut back on the zumba and more gym work. i will do zumba one night a week now.

Well...I am up another 1/2 pound! UGH! Oh well...I really think my body needs some changes. I'm really thinking about starting to focus more on inches rather than weight...it's getting very frustrating when that darn scale keeps rising! Maybe next challenge will be inches rather than weight. I don't know...just a thought...
Oh well. Been doing good. Had a great workout last night. Long walk and then strength workout! Tonight is Yoga and maybe a run (although it's raining, so we'll see...).

Morning ladies! Hope everyone had a great weekend! I was away at a family reunion and I ate what is probably a weeks worth of calories in 3 days. I'm going to have to weigh in tomorrow, as I got back this morning, but went directly to work. I want to make sure I weigh in on my scale to be accurate (an minimize the weight gain as much as possible). Wish me luck....
I think that doing measurements for the next challenge is a great idea. Not sure if I missed a discussion on this, but I'm in (although I have no idea what a reasonable loss would be for a 6 week time frame).

Cathy- isnt the running outside so much more challenging??? I did W2D3 this last Sunday while at the beach and let me tell you...It was so much better.

yes amy running outside is SO different than treadmill. to me treadmill is really easy. outside sure isn't. but, i enjoyed it. hope the weather says cooler so i can do it again. otherwise the asthma says different running in the humid hot morning.

Kristin, I like your idea of 2 lists for people to be on one or both. As someone who has just gotten back into the weight loss (for the hundredth time), I'd like to still keep up with my weight. But I sure do want to see those inches decrease too!0 -

I'm actually thinking I want to take more measurements...biceps, thighs/etc. Maybe the measurement list could look like this:

and then we could just keep the weight loss list the same. That way people can continue normally and/or join in on the measurement list as well.0 -
