Got a couple .. here is one

    Carrot cake protein bars
    7 pieces

    2 large eggs
    2 cups of grated carrot
1/2 cups of Splenda or other sweetener
4 scoops of vanilla whey protein powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp baking powder
couple of drops of vanilla extract
    2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup of almond butter (or peanut butter or other nut butter)

Preheat the oven to 180 C. Line a bread loaf tin with baking paper. Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl (with an electric mixer). Pour the cake mixture to the cake tin and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.

    The macros per bar:
    154 kcal
    7.1 g fat
    5.7 g carbohydrates
    17.2 g protein

    gotta try this!

I posted this in the Recipe area. They're really good and super easy to make. I actually have been substituting oat flour for the whole wheat flour. No difference. Don't let the calories scare you since the total amount is for the entire pan. Broken down into the individual squares they're not that bad. The stars are for the different things that I personally like in them and the calories for each option. I store mine in the freezer. They don't freeze completely and they're really good that way:

    Granola Bars

2 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup whole wheat flour (or oat flour)
    1 tsp baking soda
    3 tbsp flax seed
3 tbsp ground flax seed meal
    3/4 cup coconut
    2 tbsp hemp nuts
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds
    2 tbsp wheat germ
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1/2 cup chopped almonds
    1 tsp cinnamon
    4 scoops protein powder
    1 c. Dried cranberries*
    1 c. Raisins*
    1 c. Frozen blueberries*
1 square dark choc. Unsweetened shaved*
Mix the following ingredients together and then add them to the dry mixture
    1/4 cup honey
1 cup (plus a little more) unsweetened apple sauce
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 Cup peanut butter*
If the mixture doesn't stick together just add a bit more applesauce
Sometimes I grate a bit of chocolate to add in, sometimes raisins etc whatever you like
    Bake at 325 for 22 minutes in a 9 by 13 pan
    Enjoy

    Easiest ever!
2 C. rolled oats ( I like to use 1C quick and 1C old fashioned)
    1/2 C natural peanut butter
    4 scoops vanilla protein powder
    1T. ground flaxseed
    1/2 C. water

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and press into a casserole dish (8x8 or 9x9)
    Freeze for about 30 minutes
I cut them into 16 squares and they have roughly 140 calories and 8 g protein. The bigger you cut the more calories you will get. Enter this into your recipe and put how many servings to get your own nutrition value.
**you can add raisins or other dry fruit, a friend of mine adds mini choc chips**

Made the carrot ones and they were terrible, even after cooling down! Might have been ok with unflavoured protein, but they were really really bad tasting even though they looked good. Sorry! X
