    I am 4ft 11 and I weigh in at 142 pounds (10 stone 2) I have lost 4 pounds so far. I want to go down to 9 stone 7 initially. I'm finding it hard.

    I'm 5ft 1 and have been here for a while!

    Not only have I lost 21lbs so far but I have also stopped smoking without any weight gain!

    I am only looking to lose a few more lbs but am always happy to make new friends :smile:
