Vegetables as part of caloric intake?

if it's a calorie, you should count it...
Exactly. Especially since some vegetables have an incredibly high amount of carbohydrates. I always track fruits and vegetables- among everything else I eat. Sometimes logging certain veggies can help you see certain eating patterns, do you focus more on eating corn or squash rather than broccoli or spinach? Its good to record everything, including veggies, as it can help you stay healthy for the "long run." No pun intended
