    Wonder if everyone has recOvered from their hangovers? Considering the fact that according to the treadmill, if I want to burn fat I need to exercise at my target heart rate of 123 (which for me happens at a non-speed of 3.3 and incline of 3.3) and only burns 300 calories in ONE HOUR (thus leading me to the realization that I would have to stay on that damn machine for 4 hours to justify drinking one margarita) I NEED A FREAKIN' MARGARITA STAT!

    I've heard it tends to have a lot of the same effects as powdered sugar....extreme highs and then a crash and highly addictive. Oh, and thanks for volunteering for clean-up, it'll definitely be a great outlet for all of that energy!!
