    I like a lot of Japanese stuff, so as far as metal, I listen to The Gazette mostly when I exercise. Versailles and Dir En Grey are also pretty good.

    Are you into the rythm or do you speak and understand Japanese? Just curious.

  • You gotta have Rammstein in there along with Polish band called Tool, Northern Irish band Stiff Little Fingers is a must, check them out on youtube play at Glasgow Barrowlands, does not get any better than that,. And of course you have to have AC/DC

    I have been known to listen to a bit of Rob Zombie from time to time...

    Apart from that Five finger death punch, Atreyu, and Spineshank are good for cardio.

    I used to do pole dancing for fitness and for that I used Muse, Disturbed and Seether.
