Hi all! Welcome to all the newbies! With Rio's pregnancy there's a space on the Banana's so I've put Butterfly86x there, but I don't know what her starting weight is, so that'll need to be filled out. Other than that there are two no shows - GoyaChula and SexyJaye. Do we know if they're still around?
I've had a dreadful week. I've picked up a bad cold and haven't had the energy for exercise, I'm swamped with uni work atm and my Grandma unexpectedly passed away at the weekend. So things haven't been going exceptionally well. I'm hoping that I haven't gained, but I wouldn't be surprised if I had so I'm sorry if I've let you down Red Apples! Has everyone else been having a better week, at least?0 -
GoyaChula is still about but lost the link to the spreadsheet! I gave it to her again yesterday and I will remind her to update her weight!0

Do I log my own weight??
I started on the 8th September @ 224lbs and have since lost 10lbs!
15th - 4lbs = 220lbs
22nd - 3lbs = 217lbs
29th - 1lb = 216lbs
6th Oct - 0lbs = 216lbs
13th - 2lbs = 214lbs

I can't beleve it's WEEK 9's weigh in!!!! Have we really been doing this for 9 weeks? Its got a lot colder in the UK too boyslie72487! I've been busting out the mittens for the last week! :laugh:

Morning fruits!
I've gained a pound this week - not at all surprised though - I've had flu and I've been comfort eating. In fact, now I think about it, I'm surprised it wasn't more than a pound, so I'm happy! Going for a short run tonight when I get home from work to see if I'll be able to combine exercising and breathing yet - I'll keep you posted!0 -

0.5 a pound down. Not anything amazing but at least it's not a gain. Really need to work harder this week. Lets make sure we all get 4 good workouts out this week because I know a lot of us are finding it hard to get back on track. In fact if you can manage more then push for it, but I'll be definitely aiming for at least 4 sessions.0 -

Hey everyone! I was up abother 0.5 lbs from last week, I keep bouncing back and forth with the same two lbs or so, due to the weekend. Hopefully this weeend will be diifferent, I'm tired of bouncing! Good luck to everyone!0

Just checking in... I lost 1/2 a pound over the past 2 weeks (grrr), but I'm just glad I didn't GAIN over vacation! I think I'm doing pretty well at making this a lifestyle change, not just some temporary diet.

I'm back from Paris and broke even on weight in. So the chocolate and the walking balanced out. Back on the weightloss track this week. I'm okay with consolidating the teams, if that what makes the most sense. Hope everyone's having a good week.0 -

1 pound gain for me, thanks to Tom. Not too upset since I haven't had a visit from him since June, so it's a blessing and a curse The weather is getting nastier out, makes me want to curl up in bed all day!!!!! Gotta kick it into over gear, we're a little over a month away from final weigh-ins!!! Congrats to everyone that lost, and to everyone that didn't there's always tomorrow :flowerforyou:0

Hey all! I was so surprised when I saw the spreadsheet this morning with the new black background. I almost changed it back but then I figured someone had done it on purpose. Glad it helps you all read it! Thanks Cheri and everyone else for staying on top of things. I am just way too overwhelmed with my school work right now to keep up with the updates here. Congrats to everyone who lost this week! In addition to a 1 lb loss, I lost 1-2 inches around my hips, chest, and arms in just two weeks! My trainer has been taking measurements and it's so fun to see progress when the scale doesn't always show it!0

Odd...usually weigh more at the end of the day but down 0.4 since this AM, so that's what I'm gonna go with. (And yes, "Hi everyone, my name is Katie and I'm a scale-a-holic"). LOL! 146.50
