Sent the point updates to Soonergirl...
So, I guess I need to apologize, I didn't mean to offend anyone! I just was asking some questions about what everyone else wanted the group to be, because I wanted to make sure I was gonna be a good "fit" with the group. I thought that I was asking but if it felt otherwise, than I apologize.
I just want to be a part of a strong group... so, I am hopeful that we all can still be?? If I offended, I apologize.

Good morning from Canada! Day three of our trip. I got my exercise challenge and 50 additional minutes of cardio in already. I'll shoot for another 10 later to make it an even 60. I will try my darndest to get the nutrition one completed too. The main issue with that is, since my son is working out 6 hours a day while he is in camp and he is the worlds pickiest eater I let him make all the restaurant choices in an attempt to get enough calories in him that he doesn't get sick. That doesn't always mean the best options for me. But I was able to stay under yesterday even with spaghetti for lunch and pub food for dinner so here's hoping for today. I'll update later. Here to report my day also.
I did stay under my calories. Ya!!!!
Didn't get the dumbells done - Was hard, hats off to you guys who did this.
Got 60 minutes walking/cardio.

OH MY GOODNESS!! What a day... I am feeling pretty tired and was sore all day. Think the soreness is because I h =aven't been to the gym on Monday or Tuesday. I am sleeping in a different bed and I am such a bed snob... I can't wait to get my bed back!! (It's a tempurpedic style) Woke up with a sore hip today... strangest thing!
Anyway - I hit the gym hard tonight. I completed 8 miles today, if you include my walking... and THAT makes me happy! I am preparing for a virtual triathalon in September -- so I am happy that I did do the swimming, biking and jogging today! Anyways... here is the low-down on my day...
Nutrition = Under Calories... YES!! +5
..........unfortunately, way, way too low on calories today - but can't eat another thing... woops! :blushing:
Exercise = Literally in the middle to 2/3 of it... so YES!! +10
..........going to do it ALL even if it kills me! I have 20 left, but will get them done in the next hour!
Cardio = 184 Minutes today... so YES!! +90
..........I feel SO much better when I get in cardio, but need to start doing some strength training.
TOTAL POINTS = 95 from me :bigsmile:
Tomorrow is a bit of a hectic day - need to be to work by 6 AM to have a report ready for a meeting at 7 AM. In meetings all day - need to leave by 4 PM, go to my appointment and official "weigh-in" for the week... and then plan to head to the gym to get in a good burn again tomorrow. Also need to get in some miles for another challenge that ends in 7 days! I just need to really condidtion myself on the bike... and my fanny ain't liking that too much! :grumble:

OMG Freaking gosh. You worked out like a mad woman. :laugh: Awesome points for our team. Sounds like you are going to have one busy busy day.
Your virtual triathalon sound interesting and tough. Let us know how it is going. Great planning your workouts to help condition yourself for it.

WAY TO GO......hope your hip feels better soon. I am the same way about sleeping in my own bed, no other bed feels as good and I am always sore when i sleep somewhere else. Hectic day alright but hope it is a good one0 -

I do supermans in one of my classes and I did them in the 30 day shred, so I thought today was going to be easy. Turns out I have never tried to hold them for 30 seconds, which felt like 30 years. But they are done.
So for today...
Nutrition challenge...5 points (haven't had dinner yet, but I would have to eat a plate of butter to end up over so I am going to premtively say I'm good)
Exercise challenge...10 points
Addtional cardio...40 minutes for 20 points
One more day of camp for my son and then home tomorrow night. Looking forward to getting back to a normal routine. However a normal routine sure does make it harder to fit workouts in.0 -
I do supermans in one of my classes and I did them in the 30 day shred, so I thought today was going to be easy. Turns out I have never tried to hold them for 30 seconds, which felt like 30 years. But they are done.

Awesome day Dusty :flowerforyou: I did do the superman thingys but I thought I was going to die :noway: :laugh: . Like you said "Way hard to hold for that long" and you did an additonal 40 minute for the team . Ya!!!!!
Glad to hear you will be heading home and back to normal routine. Maybe once you are home you could squeeze in 5 minutes here and there to make up some cardio during your day. I know sometimes when I don't feel like doing much. I keep doing small bits and add them up thoughout the day and you would be surprised at what you can do. P.S. Make sure you keep it written down somewhere cause you prob ( I did:blushing: ) forget how many minutes you are up to sometimes.0 -

Good job getting staying under your fat cals today soonersgirl. And some extra cardio always helps with team points and burns some extra cals for you. Superman thingy is tougher than it looks. :laugh:

Did 60 minutes of walking - 30 points
Squeezed 20 minutes of cardio - 10 points :grumble: was hard to finish the 20 minutes
As I mentioned I will run a team total at the end of my night with all the members who have posted.

Sorry... if you saw my post yesterday - than you know that I was having a freaking hard day yesterday! I didn't log food but I know that I wasn't under on Fats... and I didn't even look at what the exercise challenge was - so no superwoman for me! I did absolutely FORCE myself to go to the gym -- wanted to start "training" more on the bike for my triathalon in September... so I got in 6 bike miles and some walking.
81 minutes of Cardio on Thursday = 40 points (right?!? I can't keep that straight in my head!)
So that bumps up the team to 190 points for yesterday plus soonergirl's points.
I am pushing the reset button today - so I am intending to meet the goals for the day! PLUS -- tonight the only thing on my schedule is the gym! I am hopeful to have a day like 2 days ago and doing biking, ellipticalling and swimming. Made 8 miles (I think) that day... I need to get in some miles for the challenge I am in for August and I am (as above) trying to "train" so to speak for my "triathalon" next month... Plus, I need to release all these stress toxins! :laugh:
