    Workout schedule for the Week:
    Friday-30 Day shred
    Saturday: 30 Day Shred
    Sunday: 30 day shred + either 5k run or 30-45 mins of cross trainer
    Monday: 30 Day Shred + 5k run with dog
    Tuesday: 30 day shred + 5k run with dog
    Wednesday: 30 Day Shred + 5-10k run
    Thursday: 30 day shred + 30-45 min at gym.

    This schedule is guidelines only tho, my exercise other than 30day shred is kinda dependant on how late my other half gets home from work to have the kids unfortunatly.

    :noway: Well, I just had a surprise! I am down 4lbs and I started my period! That never happens.

    Usually I am stuffing myself crazy with carbs (ok I did indulge in spaghetti last night) But.. i am pretty happy now! Even tho I have cramps grrr.. haha

    UGH IM JEALOUS. I'm up 5lbs from yesterday... AND stuffing myself with carbs!!!! UGGGGGHHHH! :grumble:

    Saturday: 1 hr morning bike ride (before my Bridal Shower.Yay!)
    Sunday: Run 2 miles
    Monday: 1 hr Strength training
    Tues: 2 mile run
    Wed: 30 min elliptical, 30 min strength training
    Thurs: 2 mile run

    I usually make my workout schedule on Thursdays: I love bodyrock.tv as you can see. It's really shrinking my thighs and tummy pretty quick.

    Thur: 30 min rowing & Ab workout from bodyrock
    Fri: Full body workout from bodyrock & rowing
    Sat: 20 min cardio from bodyrock & I'm not sure
    Sun: Hot fit & Tight from bodyrcok & I'm not sure
    Mon: Fully body & rowing
    Tues: Abs now & cardio challenge from bodyrock
    Wed: Rest

    Dont be jealous. I spent a million dollars in pregnancy tests because I am ohhh like 20 days late on this period! Hahaha and I have a six month old so I was FREAKING out! I welcomed my dear Aunt Flo with open arms this month.. .next month she can piss off :angry:

    Exercise plan:

    Since I just relocated to a new state with my husband I am without a job I find myself with a bit more time on my hands. So I decided that bicycling 2 miles (or, 4 miles round trip) to the grocery store to get stuff to grill in the evening was a good plan. I started this on Wednesday (8/17) and have pretty much stuck to it. I plan on doing this 7 days a week, which is a good start back at exercising - I haven't been to the gym since we left Florida 2 months ago!

    Hmm I don't really have a celeb inspiration Altho I'd love to look like alot of them it's so unachievable for a sahm with two boys, studying and can rarely get to a gym and doesn't get to exercise as much as I'd like :( lol
    I aspire to loose my last 10-15lbs and tone up a little! Altho we are hoping to conceive soon so that may put a halt to it in the not to distant future! :)

    Thursday: Park far away at work, take the stairs, try and walk at home after work for 20-30 minutes
    Friday: 30 minutes eliptical, take the stairs at work
    Saturday: Whatever cardio I get in while being with family :)

    Saturday: walk 3x over a mile each time - DONE!:happy:
    Sunday: rest/clean house - DONE!:happy:
    Monday: walk 3x over a mile; walk 4 flights of stairs
    Tuesday: walk 3x over a mile; walk 4 flights of stairs
    Wednesday: Pull WII out of son's room and do WII Fit for an hour; walk 3x over a mile
    Thursday: walk 3x over a mile; walk 4 flights of stairs
    Friday: Wii Fit for an hour; walk 3x over a mile

    Not too hard to start but will work towards harder exercising once I have the stamina.

    Well, I got my eliptical workout done, i took the stairs and I resisted having a bacon breafast sammich! Still sounds sooo good. But I am trying to hold out for my chocolatey delight cereal. OMG its sooo good lol
