Monday report: 60 minutes on my bike completed!! took my daughter for a ride along the beach and a healthy picnic!! came in under calorie goal and workout complete!! yay!!

Mid week?? MiD WEEK??? What???!!!! No, no, no... it's HUMP DAY B*TCHES!!! So maybe plan for some horizontal belly dancing? Keep the week interesting? :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:
Two more days till weigh-in, stay motivated and work out EXTRA, I don't care if it's an extra 5 minutes on the treadmill or an extra hour walking, whatever it is... just do a little extra than you normally would! "Just 5 more minutes" adds up quickly!!
I just ate my breakfast, now I'm going to do 30 minutes of elliptical, some abs, and maybe another run outside before dinner.

Boy did I blow it today...I did my weekly weigh in this morning and was very happy to be down a bit from last week. THEN, I got a migraine:explode: from hell and dinner tonight turned into a carb nightmare...sigh. My whole goal this week was not to have a cheat day and well....what can you do. Here's to better days coming, but it's like this last ten pounds is fighting me to the end.
Anyway, enough of my vent. I hope you are all having a wonderful day.
