    My Injury modified week has been SOOO boring! I can't wait to get back to my normal workouts again!
    My modified challenge numbers for the week so far are...

    CW 140
    15/25 Supermans
    85/100 Pushups
    332/400oz Water
    6/7 Days In The Green (under calories/fat/carbs)

    Great work to you all on the real challenge! I hope to attempt a workout tomorrow now that I have been without pain for 1-2 days.

    Weight: 148.2lbs.....I think this is down from my last weight of 148.9 (just a touch)

    So I had a modified challenge this week due to a pulled groin (what fun). The totals for my modified challenge are:
    CW 140
    35/25 Supermans
    110/100 Pushups
    401/400oz Water
    6/7 Days In The Green (under calories/fat/carbs)

    HOWEVER I was feeling great today so I completed this weeks challenge too :-)
    10/10 Ninja Tuck Jumps
    35/25 Supermans (I only did 35 total - not 35 more)
    80/75 Punch Combinations
    120/100 TaeBo Kicks

    So I don't know how it can work, but hopefully that will help our team win again this week!
    As far as weight goes - I don't plan on losing anymore weight - I am at my goal weight and I am just maintaining - YAY ME!!

    have'nt got a clue how i'm gonna do 30 miles in 6 days :( will try my best but will be lucky to reach 15 miles

    @abby-WOW, 7.1 miles is awesome! Great run!

    @ bubbleburst-Good Job! I walk in the mornings pushing my son in the stroller so Ive been thinking of ways to add weights. So, Im going to put a pair of 5lb weights in a back pack and see how that works. Thanks for the idea!

    I did 120 Standing Abs (40 of each) & did 4.45 miles of Jogging/Walking Intervals with a 10lb kettlebell. :noway: Im going to be sooooo sore tomorrow :cry:

    120/100 Standing Abs (put them right after my 30 Day Shred at night since I am sore already. haha)
    10/30 Weighted Miles (def dont think i can make it to 30 since I have a LOT going on this weekend but will get in as much as possible!!)
