Hey team! Sorry I was MIA for a while there. Had a run in with some black widows. Got bitten 3 times and turns out I'm severely allergic. Spent some time in the hospital recovering from my new found spidey senses. But, I'm back and ready for some zombie but kicking. Just wanted to appologize for being no help the last two challenges, but gonna try to make up for it this week.0

i've managed 5 of each so far, my worst is the tree- turns out i have no balance!

i've managed 8 of each so far, will do some more on my lunch break & when i get home
These are tough, planks are my problem i don't have very strong wrists0 -

Sorry guys, I'm a failure. I'll try and do more of htese throughout the night but I find it so boring. also for some reason I'm experiencing a lot of weakness today, I was doing 20 second planks and shaking - literally tremors running up and down my body - and that is in no way pushing my limit on planking.0 -
