    heres my results, i apologise in advance. This week has not been good for me & exercising was at the bottom of my 'to do' list. Lots of personal stuff plus work meant i did'nt eat well either, sorry for ketting the team down :(

    Hey team! Sorry I was MIA for a while there. Had a run in with some black widows. Got bitten 3 times and turns out I'm severely allergic. Spent some time in the hospital recovering from my new found spidey senses. But, I'm back and ready for some zombie but kicking. Just wanted to appologize for being no help the last two challenges, but gonna try to make up for it this week.

    These are tough, planks are my problem i don't have very strong wrists :(

    This week is not going to be my best because Yoga is not a favorite exercise of mine. These moves are DIFFICULT, especially the Tree Pose

    Sorry guys, I'm a failure. I'll try and do more of htese throughout the night but I find it so boring. also for some reason I'm experiencing a lot of weakness today, I was doing 20 second planks and shaking - literally tremors running up and down my body - and that is in no way pushing my limit on planking.
