  • I did lots and lots today of burpies and mountain climbers as I know I won't have time for them tomorrow as I will be busy dying during and after my personal training session :) I can't wait.

    Here are my numbers as of Saturday. I hurt my hip running on thursday and then stupidly did 150 moutain climbers yesterday and today I am in LOTS of pain. Sooo if I am feeling better tomorrow I will get the last 100 in but I'm going to be smart rather then competitive (and that is an NSV for me!)
