    I did 100 crunches and 100 jumping jacks towards the 200 each I pledged for the team this week. I still owe 100 each plus 5 miles.

    @SarahRuth - yes, we can take one more person. Caza is not going to be able to be with us in Sept after all. Let me know her name so we can all "friend" her. I haven't had a chance to look at that yet, but from what I understand - you take the 4 measurements, but you don't have to give them to me. Give me the body fat % . Let me know if that doesn't make sense to you.

    @Musky - since your message about your daughter was last night at 9pm, that baby must surely be here by NOW!! Congratulations!! Let us know how mama and baby are doing!!!!

    @maureendonahue - I'm praying for you my friend that that hurricane doesn't come through where you are..... please keep us posted and let us know you are ok!!

    @Congratulations to Song2Sing and walkingingrace - they have both completed all of the daily challenges early!! Now just a few more for the team challenges and you will be done (well, until Monday!! )

    I'm travelling to Pittsburgh tomorrow to see the Steeler vs. Falcons football game!! I'm sooo excited! We are not spending the night, so we have that 3 hour drive back home after the game, so I doubt I will be on until sometime Sunday. But do what you can and post it and I promise I will catch up!!

    Body fat calculator gave me 26%. Which doesn't seem right to me, but that's what it said. lol

    I got my water in and was under calories (a bit low today but was barely under several times this week.). Did my 55 ab crunches (darn things are getting to be a habit!) then put away propane tanks, grills, spare tires, trash barrels and anything else that might fly around the yard.

    Tomorrow we are going to the Kenny Chesney concert (with Zac Brown!) so will be singing and dancing the afternoon/evening away. Then we will hunker down and wait for the hurricane. Hopefully, we won't lose power (or at least not for too long!)

    For the Team Challenge:

    ~2 miles walk/run C25k

    ~Hopefully some great dancing tonight at a wedding we are attending! Wanted to get this in today as we will not be home tonight!

    ~Probably under calorie goal
    ~On 4 cups of water - more to come!

    I didn't get any challenge exercises done today. I will have to do todays + the globe jumps tomorrow to catch up. I'll do them, no worries.

    I did, however, knock out another 11 miles on my bike and 2 miles of running today, which can be added to the miles for the team.

    Under calories, plenty of water. :)

    I can do jumping jacks -- let me know if we need more for the team challenge and I can do some extra tomorrow!

    I found myself with a few minutes free, so I completed:

    3X20 Woodchops
    3X20 Tuck Jumps
    20 Mountain Climbers
    150 crunches for the team.

    I second TNGirlyGirl... Please let us know tomorrow what we still need for the team challenges. Since I got so much done today, all I have left are the Globe Jumps and 100 crunches. I am happy to do more crunches, jumping jacks, and/or miles if needed!!!

    Kenny Chesney concert was fantastic!! And we danced all night long!! (Burned off the calories from the Mike's Hard Lemonade!) Also did my 55 ab crunches and walked an extra mile (about 1/2 mile from the parking lot to the stadium and back again after the show). I was under calories, but did not get all my water in (sorry!). I have a feeling I will be making up for the water tomorrow though!

    todays weight 201 (just 2 more #) - gosh worked like a dog for the one and half pound since last week!
    BUT since i started mfp - i am down 13# down 5.5cm from my neck 3" from waist and 1.5" from hips
