Y'all are more than welcome to join me in an accountablility thread that will go till the middle of December (or as long as you want!)...but with the school year starting (tomorrow!!) I just can't keep up with all the charting and graphing any more. :frown:
But, please, please join me for the next "round" in friendship, motivation, and encouragement. Or if you are *dying* to have pretty charts, I can happily send the chart template to someone else who would like to take over the charting process (and I'll weigh in with everyone else...unless you kick me out for 'maintaining') :laugh: .0 -
Second to last weight in!
So i go to Dubai in 6 days (so i will have to weight in and try and log in dubai! if not i'll weight wednesday and post it!)
so excited! As predicted my weight has levelled out a little bit more, so i'm going to keep it steady and try not to lose too much over the next 6 days especially with my throat infection.
Said throat infection has been plaguing me for the past 5 days now, making it very difficult to eat, though I've been forcing food down as i've been working at least 8 hour shifts every day.
I have tomorrow off work though so going to sleep all day and hope I can shift the nasty bug!
